Three Dimensional Shape Measurement With DLP And The Practical System Developing And Integrating

Three dimensional shape measurement is one of the hotspots in the field of information optics, and researchers give the much attention at it. A new three dimensional shape measurement system is presented in this article, which is the digital three dimensional shape measurement system with DLP(digital light projector). In the system, the hotspot theory of the three dimensional shape measurement and the newest fruit of the photoelectric instrument were used. We debugged, analyzed and evaluated the system performance by a series of information processing. Furthermore, we developed the system by software developing to build an operable system platform. At last, we analyze the system errors.In the system, the photoelectron technology, information processing technology, multimedia technology and software development technology are used synthetically to realize the measurement of higher accuracy, higher efficiency and higher processing ability.
