The no. 1 slide locates in the Qian-Long section of Chuan-Zhang Road, which decides the opening to traffic of Erlangshan Tunnel and influences the passage of the Chuan-Zhang Road. It has a complex texture of multilayer and multigrade. It is a typical slide became of its complex forming environment and moving process. On the investigation of its geologic environment and deformation character, the author differentiates the slide to two grades and two parts, and expatiates its mechanism of formation and movement. After the stability analysis, the author draws the conclusion that the fore-slide is in the condition of un-stability and the hind-slide is in the condition of declined stability because of the dragging down of fore-slide. Through stability calculating and experiment and numerical simulation, this paper studies the stability of the deferent layers in the fore-slide and discovers that the surface layer has a most un-stability and influences the stability of middle-layer. To control this landslide, synthesis means must be used, this paper has discussed the aptness of the project combination. Through experiment and numerical simulation, the project combination has a very good effect on controlling the 1# landslide. At the calculating of landslide-thrust by transmit-coefficient slice method, when the problem that the vertical component force is higher than the admissible anti-shear force in the slice division plane has happened, this paper uses the dividing-block limit-balanced method to solve it. The fore-pile resistance of soil has been calculated using a new style of transmit-coefficient slice method. The strain and internal force of a prestressed anchor cable-pile are calculated when the deformation between prestressed anchor and the pile reaches concordance. Using the above approach to this case, the strain and internal force of the pile and a reasonable prestressed value has been gain. The result has been proved by the model test.
