In the first part of this paper, authors made the phosphate as limitative factor, and discussed the growth condition of the algea (Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin) -rice ( O.sativa L.) experiment system by different phosphorus source. The authors designed three culture mediums: having phosphorus . without phosphorus and having phosphate rocks, the algea in these mediums have two contrast illumination: light and dark. Further more, the authors designed consultative experimentswithout the algea. Two weeks later, recorded the results: the quantity of the algea and the phosphorus concentration in the mediums, the rate of increase of height and the phosphorus of the rice. The author finded out that the rice in the mediums with phosphorus and phosphate rocks can grow well, the quantity of the algea and the phosphorus in the mediums increase. On the contrary, in other mediums the rice appear to be short of phosphate. By the results, the author considered that with the normal illumination, the algea (Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin) can release the availed phosphorus into the mediums from phosphate rocks, and supply the needs of the growth by the algea and rice in a mediums. In the second part, authors also made the phosphate as limitative factor, and discussed the condition of using phosphate rocks by the algea ( Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin) -rice (O.sativa L.) experiment system with different PH conditions. The authors designed Hoagland culture mediums having phosphate rocks with different PH: 4.39, 5.44, 6.32, 7.43, 8.36, the algea in these mediums had two contrast illumination: light and dark. Further more , the authors designed consultative experiments with Hoagland culture medium having phosphorus and PH 7.02 . 24 days later, recorded the results: the quantity of the algea the rate of increase of height, the phosphorus concentration and PH of the mediums. By the results, the author considered that with the normal illumination, the algea (Chlamydomonas sajao Lewin) can release the availed phosphorus into the mediums from phosphate rocks, and supply the needs of the growth by the algea and rice in a mediums.
