The thesis bring forward necessity of build under-pipeinformation system use the newest technology of GIS-WebGIS basedon WebGIS through analyze under-pipe in city and research themethod of traditional management of under-pipe, and design GeoDatabase that may satisfy practical application of under-pipe through analyze the data of under-pipe and using technology of non-stitch integration. Finally, achieve under-pipe WebGIS based on ArcIMS software platform.
