The study on the explosion pressure and explosion suppressed technology of polynary explosive mixed gases can deepen the understanding of explosive properties of polynary explosive mixed gases, precaution the occurrence of such explosive accidents effectively and has important social and scientific research significance. At the same time, it can advance the consummation of mixed gases explosion theory. This paper have studied the test method of the explosion pressure of polynary explosive mixed gases and the influence factors on the basis of theoretical analysis and a lot of experiment data. In order to research the explosion suppressed technology of polynary explosive mixed gases, the method of adding inert materials to explosion field was applied to change the explosion limit. The conclusions were achieved as the following:1. Through the theories of chemical thermodynamics, combustion, detonation and engineering thermodynamics, the natural parameters of flame temperature, explosion pressure, increasing rate of pressure were computed in the different initial condition. The influence laws on natural parameters of explosion pressure of external conditions such as temperature, gases concentration, initial pressure etc were analysed theoretically.2. Experiment system of testing the explosion process of polynary explosive mixed gases has been established and improved. Through the test data, the influence laws on explosion pressure and its increasing rate of external conditions such as temperature, gases concentration, initial pressure etc were achieved and comparised with the computed result.3. The method of adding inert materials to explosion field was applied to study suppressing means of explosion of polynary explosive mixed gases. The test results show that inert media can narrow the range of explosion limits, increase the explosion low limit and decrease the combustion probability of polynary explosive mixed gases. If the inert medium reaches some concentration, it can change explosive mixed gases to incombustible gases and suppress the occurrence of explosion. Therefore the safety problem of polynary explosive mixed gases was resolved.
