Research On The Grating Geophone Technology

Along with the development of seismic exploration, the demand of frequency,dynamic range,precision and resolution ratio is increased quickly. So highest-quality seismic survey must by the way of high definition testing to ensure exploration quality. A new type of grating seismic detection technology has been brought forward in this paper. Research of grating dynamic test, research and development the grating seismic sensor is involved in this paper.This paper include four part: developing background of seismic geophone,principle of grating seismic geophone,hardware and software of grating geophone. Most error sources of MORI fringes have been analyzed in this paper. Through design the structure and circuitry of the sensor to make up the deficiency of MORI fringes technology. Working frequency of the grating geophone has been confirmed under 500Hz. Amplitude among ±1mm, by circuit subdivide, the sensor can detect amplitude reach um grade. Mathematical model of the grating geophone has been established in this paper. Put forward a method that hardware subdivide and differentiate direction, Computer gather and reductive. The result of detecting the displacement and moving direction of MORIE fringes is successful. By the way of theoretical analysis,derived and massive experimental research, scheming element of the grating geophone has been confirmed. Commonly design technique of grating sensor been brought forward, analyze and resolve factors that influence function of vibration pickup. Design a new type of grating geophone with high sensitive coefficient,little horizontal effect,overcome temperature drifting effectively. Based on the design idea of the new type of grating sensor, via optimizing design of the configuration parameter, experimental research function of the grating geophone under actual vibration. The grating geophone reveals a good applied future.
