In the science history, Samuel C. C. Ting is again a Chinese descendant' s scientist who acquires Nobel Prize just after T. D. Lee and C. N. Yang. This thesis discusses and analyses the step of the Samuel C. C.Ting's science spirit The whole essay includes four parts except the preface, expatiating Samuel C. C. Ting in details in the career, great contribution and science thought method with the popular language. Samuel C. C. Ting is a famous experimental physicist nowadays. His creative work firstly lies in: discovering the J Particle according to the infinite and disjunctive dialectical materialism viewpoint, challenging " the quark confined", and investigating the cosmos profounded mystery, by researching to manufacture "Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer". Samuel C. C. Ting, as one of the most outstanding experimental physics crested class, his quest spirit deserves to call with the science achievement way. In the first part, the author mainly makes a historical review to Samuel C. C. Ting' science career, displaying his unusual life experience. The textual second part, the author try to teach for his great contribution in a almost complete way. That basic experiment achievement that we see-through Samuel C. C. Ting and that analyzing his basic physics thought are the third part will mainly expatiate. In particularly, by analyzing the age and culture background that Samuel C. C. Ting makes contribution to the society, we can discover that his success in a sense is a good result of the culture of both western and Chinese country. A great physicist for never taking failure is forever in quest.
