Jishi Valley Hydropower Station is the fifth cascaded one in the Long-Qing segement. The geohazards about the banks of reservoir are landsides, debris flows, rockfalls and so on. Of all these hazards the landsides and debris flows are the most influencing ones to the reservoir. Therefore, how to evaluate these geohazards and geological environment of the reservoir is important to prove scientific basis to the engineering. On the basis of research production of predecessor, this paper studies deeper in natural geologic environment condition, basic features, genetic mechanism about the geohazards. According to whether influenced by the storage of reservoir, the landslides are divided into two kinds. The paper selects the first landside and the fourth landside to evaluate the stability as examples. The result is that these landsides are stable. Also the paper studies the risk degree of sixteen creeks with fuzzy synthetic assessment and BP neural network. The result of the two methods manifests that most creeks are less danger. The reservoir bank collapse are also discussed in this paper. The bank destruction widths are respectively predicted. For the immersion field appeared in either bank of the reservoir after the reservoir impoundment, this paper predicts the immersion incidences by the investigation and analysis. In the end, this paper evaluates the geological environment of reservoir with the grey system. On the base of lithology, topography, geological structure and geohazards, this paper divides the reservoir to two parts, and every part is divided to three sub-parts. With grey system the reservoir is divided to 94 parts evaluated. In general, the results of the two methods are approximate. The geological environment quality of the studied field is good.
