In this paper,features of SST and summer precipitation in east of China correlation and its interannual/interdecadal variation are investigated by using NCEP/NCAR reanalysis SSTdata,precipitation data provided by national meterological center .The main results are as follows:(1) The SST of NINO3 have important influence on the annual summer rainfall in the east of China at the same period,in addition the interannual correlations exist apparent features of interdecadal variation.(2) It was fuoud by using running correlation technology that (the SST of NINO3)the interannual correlation between the SST of NINO3 and the east of China takes place abrupt change,which can be discussed from three periods.Precipitation patternchanges from "+-"of Eastwest to "- +-"of Southnorth to "+ - +" ofSouthnorth in east of China.(3) The SST of NINO3 highly relates with low level wind and 500hpa geopotential height field during summerial and monthly in summer.(4) The fundamental situation of the west-pacific Subtropical High takes place variation in the three periods during summerial and monthly in summer.
