| Through analyzing a mass of geophysical explorations and drill holes materials,open-air geological survey,sampling and the relevant test about Jinlingsi-Yangshan Basin,the author thinks that Jurassic Beipiao Formation deposits in week oxidation to week deoxidation environment which is lake or marshes,shallow lake to half a deep lake.Dark mudstones and shales are the hydrocarbon source rocks that are bad or medium at lowly-mature to mid-mature stage.By synthetically analyzing and calculating,oil resource quantity is 0.216×108t and natural gas resource quantity is 24.71×108m3.Otherwise,the advantageous belts that have the prospective of petroleum are pointed out.
