The kinetics of organic matter generating hydrocarbon which based on the composition and structure of kerogen and chemical kinetics. From the point of view of chemistry, the calculating quantity of hydrocarbon is scientific, exact and actual. We can not only understand the mechanism of the generating hydrocarbon, but also resolve the problems of exploration oil and gas. The evaluating quantity of hydrocarbon can be acquired after ascertaining the model of kinetics and the relation of translation rate with time and with history of hot and structure. Moreover, the kinetics of organic matter generating hydrocarbon is worthy of ascertaining type of organic matter, resuming hot history and evaluating.According to the characteristic of sedimentary stratum and the study of geochemistry in Binbei area, source rocks of each layer become thicker from north to south. Source rocks of south depressed center Heiyupao, south Wuyuer sunkeness and other area on the Binzhou railway are best development. TOC in the source rocks of the third section and the fourth section of Nenjiang, Mingshui group, Sifangtai group, Cenozoic is lower. The average of TOC is 0.8%~0.9%, and the samples of TOC>1% are less 40%. Considering the characteristic of sedimentary and embedding condition, the stratums don't have the qualification to become effective source rocks. Besides one or two samples showing type I,the organic matters of source rocks in Binbei region are mostly type â…¡a, and some are â…¡b or â…¢.In this paper, a quantitative chemical dynamic model is presented which calculates the ratio of organic matters generating oil and gas with Binbei region's thermal history on each stage, area, layer source rocks. The results indicate that the source rocks generated oil 16.3 billion tons and ejected oil 11.8 billion tons, generated gas 2850 billion m3 and ejected gas 1680 billion m3. The maturation of most source rocks are lower and even though in the central sunken area, generating oil is dominant. It can be predicted that the Binbei central sunken is main contributive area ofgenerating oil and gas, and generating more oil than gas which is generated because ofpyrolysate.
