The Yangtze River is a super and large muddy river in subtropics m any sediments in world, occupying the very important position in the international river coast research domain, Yangtze River annually tak ing of 470,000,000 tons huge of sediment half pile up in the river es tuary coast region, taking the vast and thin grain silt quality growt h in estuarine flat tide along the river estuary coast, since the 90' s of 20 centuries, Yangtze flat tide appearing unprecedented large-sc ale the fever of development, large engineering developments, flat ti de inning, large quantity work agriculture with living dirty and aque ous near the coast exhausting human activity in high strength in etc.biggest breaking ecosystem landscape divides the structure and form of with the geography, serious disturb Yangtze River flat tide substa nce circulating process. Managem ent the information of the flat tide, publicity tide knowledge has be come the main environment problem that now desiderate, the tide environment problem more and more complication., Therefore, enhance tide's e nvironmental protection, enhance tide's environment information manag e, increasing to tide's environment programming, management, control with science of the decision, is urgent demand that front with from n ow on the flat tide of Yangtze estuary environmental protection works.Yangtze River flat tide environment's information search system cone eives in this kind of background exactly.In recent years, the important scientific problem of development Yangtze estuary flat tide's environment information search system hasbeen studied, which was funded by the national natural science found ation of China and the Foundation for University Key Teacher by the M inistry of Education.This text is divided into four parts:The first part, analyzed the research progress of environment information system in domestic and international primarily, Search in to the trend of environment information system's searches developmentin the network ages, Summarized the general situation of flat tide's characteristics and flat tide's environment information characteristi c in our country, But there are of two greatest reasons as world both the world changes warmer and flood disaster that's make flat tide's a rea quick decrease. Finally, Introduction the main work target of thi s thesis: establish an environment information search system of Yangt ze River flat tide based on GIS, realize to manifestation the multi-m edia information of the tide, solid manifestation and the function ofpublishing information on internet.In the second part, main design and development environment inform ation searches system of the Yangtze River flat tide, aim at the info rmation saving, searching and date mining , give the information suppo rt for management and decision-making .The total target of system developments is, use A review software as develop terrace, development apractical geography information system that face to manage the layer.
