By means of 600 stations temperature and precipitation data in china and analyzing time evolvement and meridional and zonal feature of temperature and precipitation in recent 40years in china. Using the simulated results by seven models of IPCC/DDC, we have detected the meridional and zonal change in Chinese region. Analyzing meridional and zonal feature of flood year and drought year in summer in Yangtze river region. Using NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and RegCM2 model to simulate the impact of early meridional and zonal different features of temperature on following precipitation in flood year and drought year in summer in Yangtze river. The major conclusions can be summarized as follows:(1) The meridional distribution of annual temperature is down tendency along latitude The zonal distribution of annual temperature and two peak value curve. The meridional features of decadal temperature departure in china is down tendency along latitude in the period of 1960s and 1970s,up tendency in the period of 1980s and 1990s, negative departure in 1960s and 1970s,positive departure in 1990s and the variety in higher zonal region is bigger than that in lower and middle zonal region. The zonal features of decadal temperature departure in china is "up-down" tendency and negative departure in period of 1960s and 1970s, but "down-up" tendency in 1980s and "up-down-up" tendency and positive departure in 1990s and the variety in east is notable than that of in west.(2) The meridional distribution of annual precipitation is higer in south region .lower in north region and in south to 41ç™— is down tendency ,but north to 40ç™— is up tendency. The zonal distribution of precipitation is sine curve of ,also means more in east and litter in west. The meridional features of decadal precipitation percentage is middle region is higher than low and high region in 1960s and 1990s contrary to 1960s ,south is higher than north in 1970s and 1980s contrary to 1970s. . The zonal features of decadal precipitation percentage is the regional difference remarkable and variety is notable in west, but not in middle and east longitude. The meridional distribution of preicipitation in west and middle and east and Chinese regionis the same tendency. The zonal distribution of precipitation is two peak value curve tendency in low latitude region and up tendency in middle latitude region and down-up tendency in high latitude region.(3) The meridional distribution of forecast temperature of IPCC models is the same to observation in china and the effect of simulation in lower latitude is better than middle and higher latitude. The zonal distribution of forecast temperature of IPCC models is the same to observation in china and the effect of simulation in middle longitude is better than west and east longitude. The meridional distribution of forecast precipitation of IPCC models is the same to observation in china and the effect of simulation in middle and higher latitude is better than in lower latitude. The zonal distribution of forecast precipitation of IPCC models is the same to observation in china and the effect of simulation in east longitude is the best.(4)By means of forecast temperature and precipitation to set up the linear regression equation. The forecast result of temperature in west region and the precipitation in middle region is the better.(5) The meridional feature of spring temperature departure in drought and flood years in Yangtze River region is different and higher in south lower in north in flood year ,but higher in north lower in south in drought year in west and middle region. The zonal feature of spring temperature departure in drought and flood years in Yangtze River region is different and the distribution in drought year is contrast to that in flood year and the temperature in flood years is higher than that in drought years.(6) Using NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data and RegCM2 model to simulate the impact of early meridional and zonal different features of te...
