Optimization Theory and Methods which studies the best method of the decision-making problem is the most important subject in application areas, therefore, it comprehensively is used in fields of economic management, engineering project and optimal control etc. For instance: solving the problem of designing work, distributing resource, arranging the work plan, dividing the raw material properly and transporting goods etc. so, it is worth studing the usness of Optimization Theory and Methods in application areas.This thesis mainly investigates the application of Optimization Theory and Methods in transportation and control production. There are three object in this paper: Firstly discuss the application of Optimization Theory and Methods in transportation and production; Secondly propose some effective methods solving the related problems; Thirdly pose some valuable questions which need study go step further.The main content and achievement of this thesis are:In chapter 1, the thesis establish the model of transport, which studing optimal dispatching, studing the character of the model through utilizing the Optimization Theory and Methods and put forward the effective Algorithm. This chapter points out: which one can get maximal profit when there are many type of conveyances; which ones cost minimal when freight volume is given.In chapter 2, the thesis designs the product plan model and give the Algorithm when the price of raw material be at a discount according its order total and the fund which can be used in product is given. It makes the manufacturer get the profit maximal.In chapter 3, the thesis introduces the model of production chain when the left of sell goods can be stored and the product must meet the volume of market demand, and present the method of sovling the model utilized the moving programming skill, which can make the manufacturer cost minimal.In chapter 4, the thesis discusses the model of production when price of product is the function of volume of market demand and the volume of market demand is in random stateand the fund be used in production is given, therefor gives the method of sovling the model, which make the manufacturer get the profit maximal.In chapter 5, the thesis does some research on model of production when the price of raw material, product and the using fund be in fuzzy sate, at same time present some kinds of ways these transform fuzzy model into exactitude model according to the character of fuzzy number, and put forward the method for solving it.
