This thesis constitutes of two parts. In the first part, the circular symmetric problem which has symmetric holes and cracks in the elastic disk is discussed. By using plane elasticity complex variable method, the mathematical model can be established by boundary value problem for analytic functions. Furthermore, it can be changed into singular integral equations with Cauchy kernel by introducing Sherman transformation. Then , the numerical example of the elastic welding problem with symmetric cracks is given, and the stress intensity factors can be obtained. In the second part, the circular symmetric problem which has two not hand over mutually crucial cracks in the elastic disk is discussed. The method is similar to that of the first part except for the different force function and consideration. From proposing the problem to solving them, this thesis follows the researching method of from generality to specialty, also puts the mathematic knowledge of boundary value problem and the singular integral equation into the use of elastic mechanics and fracture mechanics, which shows the thought of combining the theory' with the practical use. Throughout the thesis, the tendency that different branch of science is in fusion and penetration can also be found.
