Xiaodejiang landslide lies in Xiaodejiang Village of Luoping County in Yunnan province. It is an enormous accumulation horizon landslide in traction model and Nanning-Kunming railway crosses the toe of it. Based on detail field reconnaissance and an experiment in laboratory as well as experience judgment and theory analysis, it is found out that the factors which lead to the present geological and geohydrologic condition and environment in the site are the geological structure of Hamuge fault, BenKuai syncline, the slippery stratum of argilliferous aleurolite, peat and shale alternate layers and the geohydrologic condition and the human's influence.The author made the AutoCAD software quadratic development on the Microsoft VC++6.0 platform, using the technology of the ObjectARX2000, compiled the KHZ Program. The module of counting landslide's thrust adopts in Synthesis Ccp's law, the module of counting that internal force of landslide's internal force adopts in the coefficient of multi-subgrade resistance. Finally, drawing all the disposed steel reinforcement-plans in the AutoCAD software. At the same time, author used the KHZ Program do the design of Xidodejiang handslide.Using ANSYS finite element software, author analyzed the stability of Xiaodejiang landslide on contraction's principle, separately analyzed the landslide on all manner of case : the before and after fathering in the four things that deadweight circs; deadweight and rain; deadweight and earthquake; deadweight, rain and earthquake. Thereby in the end of that pericope, made the analysis on the stability of the landslide before and after setting the anti-slide pile.The study result shows that the Xiaodejiang landslide is stable before anti-slide pile constructed.But after heavy rain and earthquake,the landslide is unstable and its deformation increases gradually. By contraries, Xiaodejiang landslide's stability increases obviously after anti-slide pile constructed. Moreover, its deformation is controlled effectively. It shows that anti-slide pile construction is effective and in time.
