With the development of digital photogrammetry , range sense,computer and virtual reality technology ,especially the virtual reality has been a hot topic in the railway ,highway, city scheme and the emulation .but the data source come from airplane imagination and satellite imagination ,so the field of application is limited ,it can't meet with all kinds of little user. The close range photogrammetry is one of the photogrammertry and range sense Subject.3Dmodel can be gained by the way of close range photogrammetry and it can meet with the need of user. Confronted with the problem of calculation the internal and external position element ,the paper description the design project and measurement curse of the inner 3Dcintrol net and how to figure out the orientation element by the direct linear transformation (DLT).And the close range photogrammetry measurement system is designed on the basis of DLT.Based on the 3D display principle and some key technology of 3D scene using 3D graphic language-OpenGL, the 3D terrain and objects on the earth's surface visualization is studied. A method on establishing the complex objects by the modeling tool-3DMAX is proposed and implemented. The way and implementation of object selecting in real time n 3D scene is studied in this paper. In order to manage mass data efficiently in the processing of modeling, the paper has studied the storage and management in database of texture data and genus data. At last, based on all above, a 3D visualization information manager system is developed in VC++6.0 & OpenGL ,which has the function of data input, 3D modeling, model import, model visualization, 3D editing, attribute querying, scene roaming and so on. .
