There is three dimensional conjugation of the π electron system in C60 , which makes it possible to observe the strong fluorescence from C60 However, the fluorescence quantum yield of C60 usually is very low, especially the very weak fluorescence of C60 in room-temperature solutions, which is not only due to the intersystem crossing from singular state to the excited triplet state, but also the forbidden electronic transitions between the excited singular states and ground state. It is necessary to study the fluorescence spectrum and luminescence mechanism of C60, as C60 has the potential of being a new photosensitive and luminescent material.In this paper, the fluorescence of C60 pyridine at room temperaturewere studied at the following conditions:1 Study of C60 in room-temperature C60-pyridine solution at differentconcentration; 2 Influence of H+ on C60 at room-temperature C60-pyridine solutionfluorescence; 3 Influence of Cl- on C60 fluorescence at room-temperatureC60-pyridine solution;4 Study of C60 fluorescence in room-temperature C60-pyridinesolution at different excitation wavelength; 5 Quench of C60 fluorescence peaks induced by Alkali.From results obtained from the above experiments, the origin of fluorescence peaks located at different region of C60 is obtained. This is an important innovative result.Because study of solid C60 fluorescence at room temperature is very difficult, we induct AAO template so that we can prepare regular nano array C60 system. Perhaps this kind of C60 system will emit fluorescence at room temperature.With the widely study of nano materials, studies on assemble system of nano-stucture is becoming hotpot and development trend. The emphases are to control the dimension shape structure and characteristic of nano granule. Technology of preparation of anodic aluminum oxide, AAO template is one of most important technology on assembling nano-structure materials in recent years. Applying the technology, many kinds of regular nano arrays materials and it's nano-structure cell have been prepared. Their opticah magnetic and electronic characteristic have been studied also. At the same time, the application foreground in the aspect of optical materials vertical magnetic recording materials and electrode materials of Li battery have been studied.However, the application of AAO template in studies of spectroscopy is inadequately, especially in studies of C60 spectroscopy. This work studiesthe influence of different preparation conditions on array and size of nano holes of AAO template. The study is very important for preparing nano materials in AAO template nano holes, for example, quantum dots,nano-lines etc. It is also important to the study of C60 spectroscopy.
