Curve matching techniques have originated from the research on joining flat potsherds, befor the comparison of fractured side boundary lines, we must acquire its boundary curves. The work presented here is to identify fully 3D closed curves by using two photos of it to identity, in the condition that we have known the location of cameras and others distances relations. To detect one closed boundary 3D curve, this paper apply a new idea of project that combines two curve segmentation techniques [3, 4]: Geodesic Active Contour Model and Active Contours Without Edges. What's more, elimination of the anibiguitie curves present in project process is a important task and the analysis about the complicated case is also mentioned.
