This paper aimed at the current status of biology manual experiment ,designed an intelligent instrument based on advanced control strategy and embedded operation system .On the control strategy of liquid temperature, many control techniques were taken into account ,such as fuzzy control, expert PID control . Through simulation in MATLAB and many practical tests, fuzzy precompensation PID strategy was adopted . The system used μC/OS-II as the real-time kernel. And Keil C51 compiler was used as the nether application software development environment. So it's easy to extend and maintain the system. Firstly, the advanced control strategy and the theory of embedded operation system was introduced. Secondly, the whole realization architrave of the system was brought forward, including hardware and software. Concrete realization was detailedly presented.Finally, the development of running state control software was put forward.
