Analytical measuring and testing plays a very important role in exploration and exploitation of petroleum resource. The technology of oil experiment is not only the way to get great amount of basic information, but also one of the necessary methods in detecting petroleum which along with the whole course of exploration and exploitation. Rock samples for geological research can be microanalysized by precise instruments. For unquestionable results, the experimental flow has to be reasonable, supplied data exact, experimental error constricted in permitted range. 1. Research Status of Fluid Inclusions in Volcanic Reserve.Since 1980s, a large number of volcanic reserves have been discovered. Especially in countries lack of petroleum resource, they have been paying great attention to exploration and exploitation of it. In three basin-forming periods of Songliao basin,a great number of volcanic-sedimental assembled formations, which largely distributed in Xujiaweizi fault-deprssion basin, had deposited. Because their depth had little effect on and penetrability, these formations are the best deep reserve in this area.And researches on their fluid inclusions had been developed rapidly in recent years.Fluid inclusion is medium in mineralization that has been captured in this course; it also can be called the sample of mineral fluid. As the remains of ancient fluid in geologically historical basins, it could provide significant micro information for researches in the formations, chemical and thermal characteristics, movement and assembly of geological fluid.Since late 1980s, the technology of fluid inclusion has been used to considerate the period of reserve formation in main basins of our country. Meanwhile, it has been used to estimate the temperature and time when each kind of minerals crystallized; to represent the history of petroleum of infusionand its interface between oil and water; to estimate the ancient ground temperature and the thermal maturation; to confirm the separation of reserve formations.Recently, domestic development of analytical measuring and testing in fluid inclusion research go ahead along two ways. On one hand, fluid inclusion is used as moving trace of natural gas, on the other hand, it is used to get various parameters such as Th, S, Ph,and Eh, and to measure organic or inorganic components of captured gas.Through the analysis of fluid inclusion in many aspects, like type, characteristics, abundance ratio, even temperature, salt ratio, pressure and component, we could conclude the degree of petroleum thermal evolution. Besides, it could supply significant information about physical and chemical condition, origin of fluid, the channel and direction of petroleum movement. It could also make sense in evaluating the potential petroleum resources and forecasting the future exploration region. 2. FI testing of temperature component and carbon isotope.FI testing of temperature is a technology of the earliest ,the progress, broadest and not destroy. It includes: equality, crack and freeze method. Collecting, preparation and microscope study are should done before testing.FI testing of component includes three kinds: single FI analyzing of no destroy, single FI analyzing of destroy and colony FI analyzing of destroy. Though it can more exactness by using instrument analyzing ,how gainning the samples of representating truly FI components is very important. Therefore .firstly, it should choose single cause of formation. Secondly, during releasing the matter of FI ,the samples can not polluted and lost. FI gas component is particular tested by MAT271 MS. It is made of U.S.A.
