This paper has first summarized the apply , experiment and theoretical research progress of anisotropic magnetoresistance effect (AMR), then introduced some parameter and material. And the case influencing the microstructure and magnetic property of the films are discussed, concentration, thickness, the grain size, seed layers and so on. Recently, many attentions have been focused on the effect of seed layers on magnetic films. So the purpose meaning of this paper on this foundation is proposed. The paper has introduced the method of preparation and measurement, has discussed the influence of the seed layers (NiFe)+1-xNbx with different Nb atomic concentration x on misconstruction and magnetic property, finally builded a model to explore the basic case.In short, our main studies are followed:Preparation method. A series of (NiFe)1-xNbx /NiFe/Ta, Ta/NiFe/Ta and NiFe/Ta films samples were fabricated by magnetron sputtering technique in high vacuum. The mosaics-like composite target consisting of NiFe alloy and Nb metal with different numbers and arrangement were used to change the atom concentration x in fabrication in the seed layers. The films were deposited onto glass substrates.Structural characteristic: X-ray diffraction instrument (XRD) and atomic force (AFM) were employed to investigate the microstructures of the samples.
