X-ray experimental technology is the physics experimental technology widly applied. It interacts with other scientific subjects at the spheres of transmittance, diffraction, energy spectra and the like, from which many new scientific branches derives. Use X-ray diffraction as example, it greatly affects the advanced sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.) and the progression of advanced technology. From the application of X-ray experimental technology, we know that physics experimental technology and advanced scientific technology are mutually effecting each other, with the progression of one consistently prompted by that of the other.Advanced physics experiment is a synthetical course which makes physical ideologies and experimental technology interact closely with each other. One of its remarkable characteristics is the mutual dependence and complement of science and technology. To better reflect the recent development of the important studing spheres of Physics and the progression of experimental technology, to train the innovative talent, advanced physics experiment should be thus realized: one is the juxtaposition of theory and technology, the other the combination of the two. It could be concluded that, from the quick development and extensive application of X-ray technology, the contents and teaching methods of advanced physics experiment should be consistently innovated with the development of experimental technology. This thesis intends to discuss in two parts. The first part introduces the historical development of X-ray experinental technology, using X-ray diffraction as the clue, analyzes the experimental methods for X-ray technology, and sets forth the wide application and the bright future of X-ray experimental technology.
