The water resource of our country has the characteristics that distribute unevenly in the north and south, distributed widely differently in four seasons. And our country has a large population, and on one hand economic development needs to consume the water resource, destroy the water resource constantly at the same time . So scientific planning , rational utilization water resource are very important and necessary.Should obtain the most basic water level information first in scientific management and use, for example: Such basic information as water level, flow , velocity of flow ,etc. Information the very simple, is it obtain water level information of whole basin or whole irrigated area depend on traditional craft way inexecutable in real time to want, must rely on the water level to observe and predict the system . Restrict by natural environment water level observe and predict terminal station distribute in whole basin or irrigated area often, geographical position difference great, more in field, so it install, maintain, power supply , communication, it takes shelter from the thunder to be difficult, maintain and upgrade to often need to travel to and fro between the whole irrigated area or the basin the terminal station. Because water level observe and predict terminal station distribute in the field with a varied topography extensively just at the same time, in the course of operating often easy to is it run unstable to even break down to present. Because chip technology newer and very fast at the same time, have many sections of MCU can support in system programming or use programming technology already now (ISP/IAP function), users utilize this technology, needn't need special programmable device , debug or upgrade to the chip on the system through the network directly.
