| In this thesis, at first the author offers a nonparametric model for evaluating combination efficiency based on sample in accordance with alliance and compete problem among similar unites in system, and analyzes the effect on evaluated result by the circumstance change; then the author discusses the relation between the model above and traditional Data Envelopment Analysis Theory, offering the definition of combined efficiency, its economic meaning as well. Going a step further according to possible restrain among weight, a model with weight and its property are discussed. Then the author offers a synthetical model based on sample evaluation combination efficiency and discusses the meaning of this model according to produce function theory. At last we study systematicly its property, method of solving and relation with Pareto solution and get conclusions.
