Land Use / Land Cover Change(LUCC) is the hotspot of the global change. LUCC not only changes the physical landscape but also affects the material circulation and energy distribution, it has profound influence on the climate, soil, water quantity and water quality.As one of the environmental effects of lucc hydro-effect becomes the focus of luce.LUCC changes the surface evaporation, soil moisture and intercept of land cover, affects the original term of the surface runoff, to influence the hydrological process of the basin directly, the accumulative changes influence water quantity balance.Eastern section of upper reaches of Hutuo river basin, the water source of Shijiazhuang , natural protective screen of North China Plain , with fragile ecological environment, is very sensitive to response on environmental change, and in close relation with the environmental change in North China Plain, so, it is particularly important to study in this area. Realizing and revealing the impact mecharism on surface runoff of luce by using SWAT has important academic and practical significances.The data root from remote sensing images of study area in 1987 and 2000, through RS , GIS and statistical analysis, the author analyzes LUCC of different slope,uses distributed hydrology SWAT , constructs the database, through fixing other factors , models the runoff change of different slope, to study the influence mechanism of runoff.Results:1)slope degree of 15-25:the area of cultivated land is 937hm2 .account for 51% of the whole area, the runoff increases by 0.08mm after turning into forest land .reduces 0.18mm after turning into grass land; the area of grass land is 45516 hm2 , accounts for 24.56% of the whole area, the runoff increases by 1.10mm after turning into cultivated land , increases by 2.03mm after turning into forest land ; the area of forest land is 45516 hm2, account for 24.56% of the whole area, the runoff...
