Russula subigricans Hongo is a kind of toxic mushroom, which belongs to Basidiomycota , Agaricales , Russulaceae ,Russula. Poisoning cases accused by this mushroom had been occurred frequently in recent years in our country. This dissertation studies on a portion of chemical constituents of Russula subigricans Hongo by the means of column chromatography, TLC and spectrum technology to isolate and identify the structure.Ten compounds have been islolated and identified on the basis of the spectroscopic data from the Russula subigricans Hongo, including four steroides :5a, 8a-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-36-ol (1);(22E, 24R) -ergosta-7,22-dien-36, 5a, 6a-triol(cerevisterol) (2);(22E, 24R) -7,22-diene-36,5a, 66, 9a-tetraol (3); 36, 5a, 9a-Trihydroxy-ergosta-7 , 22-dien-6-one (4); one ceramide : (2S, 3S, 4R, 2R) -2- ( 2'-hydroxytetracosanoylamino ) octadecane-l,3,4-triol(5) .two long chain derivation of glycerol: glycerol 1-9'Z-oleate(6), glycerol l-tertracosanoate(7) along with D-allitol(8), octadecanoic acid (9) and octadecenoic acid (10).22E, 24R) -7 , 22-diene-36, 5a, 66, 9a- tetraol) (3) and 36, 5a, 9a- Trihydroxy-ergosta-7, 22-dien-6-one (4) have been identified as cytotoxic principles to hepatoma cells based on refences.
