In this thesis, the main internal and overseas GPS data processing software are introduced precisely, including scientific software and commercial software, and the author point out the merits and the shortcomings of every software. Then the author explain that the necessary and feasibility of exploiting a set of GPS data processing software, which has independence knowledge property. Afterward, the function and the program principle of CSUGPS data processing software are introduced in detail, which is created by the author make use of VC++6.0. Besides, the every function of CSUGPS software is proved by experiment.There are many innovations in this software, from the function and the program principle. Firstly, the author made the problem of resolving GPS short baseline break down into many independent module and made the result of every step put out. Then the user will adjust the programs and analyse the results, according to own requirements. It is very helpful to study resolving GPS short baseline. It represents the final aim of exploiting this software is that serving GPS scientific research and teaching. Secondly, the author adopted many new research fruits in the program principle, such as standardization of GPS satellites' orbits using CHEBYSHEV polynomial, detecting and repairing the cycleslip usingthe robust polynomial fitting method, and ambiguity resolution using FARA method etc. Thirdly, the author keeps abreast with the front of modern science and technology. The author preliminary study the ways of GPS+GALILEO combined positioning. And preparing a module for CSUGPS date processing software will finish this function. This provides platform for CSUGPS software will upgrade.
