Traditional theory and design about vibration isolation usually uses deterministic mechanical model, and ignores the variability of the system parameters, which will influence on the effect of vibration isolation. In project, the variability of structure is unavoidable in the course of design and process, so considering the stochastic character of parameter in the design of vibration isolation fully, the effect of vibration isolation will be more close to the require of project. In the thesis, single-stage and double-stage vibration isolation system are respectively studied by Monte-Carlo method and ANSYS software. When the variability of structure parameters (mass, stiffness coefficient, damp) and disturbance frequency are considered respectively and simultaneously, the variability of transfer coefficient is studied, and then ,the evaluating indicator of vibration isolation, that is, vibration isolation ratio, whose variability rule will be got. On the base of parameter variability analysis, the optimal design about single-stage vibration isolation system is made and the most optimal frequency ratio and damp ratio which minimize the transfer coefficient will be given.
