"The Study of Marine Ambient Noise Surveillance and Inversion Techniques" (SMANSIT) is a project of China National 863. It mainly studies and testifies the marine wind-generated noise model, which is suitable for the maritime space of China. As a subproject of SMANSIT, this paper focuses on the development of Data Controlling and Storing in the Marine Wind-generated Noise Inversion System, and on the realization for low power consumption, mass data storage and data acquisition in series. The major work in the paper:A whole design scheme of data controlling and storing has been provided, and some method which lowering power consumption has been adopted, based on the function and the demand;Hardware of data controlling and storing has been accomplished, and program based on MCU has been developed;Consulting IDE protocol, a method named "Embedded Storing Based on HD" (ESBHD) has been provided, which enable mass data storage;Consulting Disk File System (DFS), a method named "Compatible Storing Based on HD" (CSBHD) has been provided, which enable compatibility between mass data storage and DFS, and program based on serial COM has been developed;By experiment and use, data has been analyzed strictly, power consumption and working time has been measured strictly, and a scheme of improving has been proposed. The innovation in the paper:ESBHD and CSBHD has been provided, which enable compatibility between mass data storage and DFS;Some method which lowering power consumption has been adopted: HD works when needed, units and modules is powered individually and works in different phase, mass data storing by using FIFO, FLASH and HD.
