Natural gas hydrate, which is a new type of hydrocarbon resource in certain regions, is a white crystalline compound similar to the ice. It forms when water and natural gas combine under conditions of relatively high pressure and low temperature. It is clean when burned and has a high energy density. Furthermore, it is widely distributed and it locates at relatively shallow regions. The resource of natural gas hydrate is so abundant that it can meet the demand of energy of the human being in the future. It is a very good alternative energy resource.In the 21st century, some foreign countries speed up the pace of natural gas hydrate exploration and exploitation technique. It is expected that the large scale commercial exploitation would realize in 2010~2015. And the related technology (including the drilling and exploitation technology) has become a global research hotspot and important advancing topic. Because of the particularity of physical property of natural gas hydrate, position of metallogeny, character of manto, it is necessary to apply a completely new technology system including exploration, well drilling, environment protection and safety of drilling. This is also the most important problem that must be solved for the future exploration and exploitation of natural gas hydrate.The most significant problem in dire need of solving in the subject of gas hydrate research is the thermodynamics characteristic(or math model) in the drilling well when exploring the gas hydrate stratum and the relevant pressure, temperature, drilling rate etc. And at the meantime, this thermodynamics characteristic should also be the gist of the design and implementation of drilling equipment, drilling system, high fidelity sampling system, etc. So the study of character and rule of thermo-pressure during the drilling process is of great importance.One solution to the problem is to create a circumstance of natural gas hydrate stratum in the lab, and drill the simulation stratum with micro-drilling system, then analyze the real time curve of related parameter collected in the test. This can direct the setup of thermo-pressure equation. So we need design a set of suitable micro-drilling test system. Based on the NSFC project "Thermo-pressure Characteristics of Natural Gas Hydrate Formation Drilling", the dissertation explained the objective, meaning, design and use of the hydrate micro-drilling test, and then analyzed the data acquisition system (hardware system and software system) that applied by the test.
