It is a tight reservoir bed with low porosity and low permeability in Qingshankou formation from Yaoyingtai area in southern Songliao basin. The integration between the forming of tight reservoir bed and hydrocarbon accumulation is a key and major problem in petroleum geology. It was started with reservoir bed and forming process, to analyze the regularity and conditions of hydrocarbon accumulation process. The forming and evolution of tight reservoir bed was discussed from the microscopic structure by means of thin section of cores, observation on scanning electron microscope, and so on. Based research on mudstone compaction curves, the fluid pressures and fluid potentials during geological periods in deepest burial are restored, so as to study on ancient fluid of reservoir bed. In addition, it was attained that the paleo-temperature of fluid and phases of hydrocarbon accumulation by assembly among source rock, reservoir bed and caprock, and the test on fluid inclusions, the distribution of ancient and current fluid are analyzed, the characteristics on hydrocarbon accumulation in Yaoyingtai area are deduced at last.According to research on potential of source rock from Qingshankou formation in Yaoyingtai area, it is indicated that Qing 1 segment is an excellent and major source rock, which Qing 2 segment takes second place. Qingshankou formation is deepest burial during the Mingshui stage. Based on mudstone compression curve, it is shown that Qingshankou formation has abnormal high pressure during Mingshui stage, so that it could be the driving power on hydrocarbon migration. On the basis of analysis on hydrocarbon generation and migration, stage of accumulation, homogeneous temperatures of fluid inclusion, it is shown that there were two stages in the fluid inclusions of sandstone reservoir bed, in which are the late Mingshui stage and Taikang stage respectively, and the late Mingshui stage is the main phase of hydrocarbon accumulation.
