Including biology,Medicine,Electronics, the problem of signal to noise ratio appears in many fields. So the test of signal to noise ratio is very important. In addition,In statistic inference, much attention has been paid to the test for multi-parameter from a population considered simutaneously ,because they occurred frequently in mam- fields.About this problem the test method of likelihood ratio isn't performed easily. Based on the generalized p-value and generalized confidence interval developed by Kam-Wah Tsui and Samaradasa Weerahandi, this paper will give a solution. This paper discusses the testof the order of the ratio of signal to noise about two populations and the confidence interval of it. The test of two parameters of one normal population simultaneously is also solved. We find generalized test variables and extend the definition of generalized p-value of one generalized test variable to two . in order to solve the simultaneous tests for two parameters of one single population. At last ,by simulation the test variables are efficient.
