The Design Of Country Land Spatial Database & Development And Implementation Of It's Application System

The centralized management, dynamic maintenance and updating, and sharing of the spatial data of land resource has always been the nodus of the land resource management informatization.This thesis bases on the actual demands of country-level land resource informatization construction, with the aim to develop a country-level lane resource management information system, which is opening, sharable, and convenient to update and maintain spatial data.This thesis, firstly, discusses several technologies to realize GIS integration. As to spatial database technology, it probes into the spatial SQL database technology, such as the vector model, index, search technique, display and description technique of spatial data. In the software development aspect, it probes into the GIS component technology and GIS AcitveX technology.Then, designs the structure of country-level land resource information system, and makes unity division of its database. Also, it studies the sorting standards and coding methods of country-level land resource information, the display, store and management technology of spatial data in SQL database, realized the method and process of the land resource database construction.Finally, accords to the research purpose, develops a cadastral management information system as an application case, which realizes a complete set of informatization construction blue print, from data collection, updating and maintenance to usage and release, realized the object this thesis brings forward on the whole.
