On the basis of many researches and successful experiences of the same type of Uranium deposits domestic and international, by using the method of multi-parameter Comprehensive Logging which is a necessary technique for seeking this type ore, this article do many researches on sandstone type Uranium deposits in Cenozoic period in Longchuanjiang Basin in west Yunnan Province, and analysis, explain and summary the ore-forming environment and regularity. The main work in this article includes: ①Introduce the methods of multi-parameter Comprehensive Logging and its combination forms;②Identify and classify the main ore-forming strata and lithology;③Investigate and evaluate the methods and effects of permeability function of ore-contained aquifer;④Study the depositional environment of the basin by using logging curve;⑤Discuss the regularity of Uranium ore formation.It is the first time that the application of multi-parameter Comprehensive Logging for studying the ore-forming environments and regularity of ore formation being used in the exploration of in-situ leaching sandstone type Uranium deposits in Longchuanjiang Basin in west Yunnan Province. After our first step of work of this area, we can confirm that the method of multi-parameter Comprehensive Logging in seeking and exploration evaluation on sandstone type Uranium deposits in Cenozoic period in Longchuanjiang Basin in west Yunnan Province is indispensable, and it willplay more and more important role.
