With the widely study of nano materials, studies on assemble system of nano-stucture is becoming hotpot and development trend. The emphases are to control the dimension,shape, structure and characteristic of nano granule. Technology of preparation of anodic aluminum oxide, AAO template is one of most important technology on assembling nano-structure materials in recent years. Applying the technology, many kinds of regular nano arrays materials and its nano-structure cell have been prepared. Their optical, magnetic and electronic characteristic has been studied also. At the same time, the application foreground in the aspect of optical materials, vertical magnetic recording materials and electrode materials of Li battery have been studied.Metal nano holes prepared by traditional methods overcome the shortages of the chemical and the thermal stability. However, this method also consumes much time, which is disadvantageous to large scale producing. We use the AAO as template, well-aligned and highly ordered nano-hole array copper membranes were copied from the template by vacuum plating. SEM analysis shows that the nanoholes of copper membranes are hexagonally arranged in high regularity and consistent with ones of AAO template. The mean diameter of the hole was dependent on the corresponding parameter of AAO template. Compared with AAO membranes, the nano-hole array metal ones have many advantages in more sufficient chemical, thermal stability and higher mechanical strength and are likely to play a more important role in nano-copy field.Employing photons as probes, Raman spectroscopy that has no damage to samples has been widely used for studying chemical structure and physical interface phenomena. UV Raman spectroscopy has been well developed in these years.
