Piezoelectic material has the unique electromechanical coupling nature which makes it have wide applying foreground. A majority of problems are related with heat in the practical project. There are important theoretical and engineering applicational values to study piezoelectric material with defects. The interaction among a screw dislocation, circular inclusion and interface crack or elliptical inclusion and interface crack under remote uniform heat flux is mainly researched in this paper. The mechanics models of correlative problems are established. The general complex potential solutions of correlative problems are obtained by means of the theory of sectionally holomorphic function, the analysis of the singularity of complex functions, the analytical extending method, Cauchy model integral , the method of solving Riemann boundary problem and conformal mapping method. As special examples, the closed solutions of stresses , electric displacements and image forces on the dislocation of correlative problems are derived, and the analytic expressions of stress intensity factors at the tip of crack are educed. Numerical analysis shows that temparature gradient, coefficient of heat conduction and coefficient of thermoelectricity have some influence on the image force.The solutions of the researched problems are obtained by solving screw dislocation solution and steady state temperature field solution of correlative problem in this paper. The results of this paper provide the gists of evaluating the intensity and reliability of the piezoelectric material sets with defects in the project. For the special examples of this paper, it contains several existing solutions of ancientle literature.The whole paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, the investigation background and present status of this paper is depicted, and the speciality and applied universality of piezoelectric materials is explained. In the second chapter, the interaction among a screw dislocation, circular interfacial crack and inclusion is solved based on the electromechanical coupling relation of piezoelectric material. In the third chapter, the interaction between circular interfacial crack and inclusion under remote uniform heat flux is considered. In the fourth chapter, the interaction among a screw dislocation, circular interfacial crack and inclusion under remote uniform heat flux is derived. In the fifth chapter, the interaction among a screw dislocation, elliptical interfacial crack and inclusion under remote uniform heat flux is researched.
