The Research Of Integrated System Of Multi-format Spatial Data Based On WebGIS

The spatial data are foundations of the geographical information system. The whole geographical information system includes the collection, processing, storing, managing, analysing and behaving of the space data. With the development and popularization at full speed of Internet network, the geographical information system of the WWW (WebGIS) is becoming a kind of popular tool. The sharing of the spatial information has already become a kind of inevitable trend. An opening geographical information system that could be easily visited will be favorable to the extensive sharing of the spatial data and service and the communication between each department.Firstly, this paper has introduced the cooperation Specification of geographical data (OpenGIS) that OGC puts forward. It includes OGC organization and its abstract Specification, OpenGIS frame and OpenGIS spatial data model. This paper has made a detailed instruction to GML, which includes the OpenGIS Simple Feature Specification, the form of expression of data of GML. On this basis, the paper summarizes the advantages of GML as standard spatial data in integrated system.
