The aim of this experiment was to check the effect of three antioxidants: N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), Vitamin C (VC) and Vitamin B5 (VB5) , singly and in combination, on one-cell mouse embryo development in vitro, and determine the best concentration of the three antioxidants on which they made mouse embryos over come development block in vitro and promoted embryos development, so did the best proportion of their combination, the action mechanisms were discussed as well, so as to offer credible evidences to improvement of embryos production efficiency and establishment productive embryo production in vitro system. In this experiment, different concentrations of one antioxidant were added into M16 culture medium that was the basal medium, their effect on one-cell mouse embryos development in vitro was checked, their best concentrations and the best proportion of their combination were determined at the same time. There were five parts in the experiments:â… . Determine the best concentration of NAC on which it made mouse embryos over come development block in vitro and promoted embryos development.â…¡. Determine the best concentration of VC on which it made mouse embryos over come development block in vitro and promoted embryos development.â…¢. Determine the best concentration of VB5 on which it made mouse embryos over come development block in vitro and promoted embryos development.â…£. Determine the best proportion of three antioxidants in which it made mouse embryos over come development block in vitro and promoted embryos development.â…¤. Comparing the antioxidative effect of three antioxidants singly and in combination treatments.Results:...
