Located in the west Liaoning province,jin 45 region is on the second fault bench of the huanxiling monoclinal structure,which is on the west pitch of liaohe fault basin.Because of the poor lithological character of the reservoir,the loose cementation and the special fluid nature and the extraction manner,the total region has experienced sanding in in 2000,which in turn caused 1300 sand exclusion maintenance.Sanding can do greater harm to the reservoir as the region came into the later development period,so,it is a urgent task for us to choose a reasonable sand control measure.On the bases of the oil deposit desription,the article reappeared the development of the reservoir and distribution of the deposition phrase,studied reservoir lithology,cement,reservoir nature and the fluid character.We also analyzed the potential facter of sanding and the direct destructive factor in the course of oil production.We applied the fluid-solid coupling theory to establish the model of critical drawdown,radius,flow rate of sanding production.Which combined the flogging data and theory formula to evaluate the sand facing of steam soak.The theory of fuzzy mathematics also be used to choose the proper sand control technique and technique economy analysis.Finally ,we find out the best sand control technique for the jin 45 region.
