With more and more application fields of Low Earth Orbit satellites, better and better precision of LEO is needed by many people. In the course of determination orbit, the on-board GPS surveying plays a crucial role, that is the quality of the on-board GPS data. In recent years, static GPS surveying has been gotten a very higher precision, and the development of GPS data processing is very perfect too. But, the condition of static is different from the condition of on-board, including the speed of the low earth orbit satellites is very fast; the geometric figure of GPS satellites change fast and the effect of ionosphere delay is important.The main content explored and researched by this paper is the follows, at the first, some basic knowledge about GPS data processing is introduced. The second, the static GPS data of WUHN station in IGS tracing stations and the on-board GPS data of CHAMP satellite are both analyzed by TEQC software, and the figure files of the analysis result are created by the QCVIEW software. According to these figure files, we can find some difference between the static GPS data and the on-board GPS data, we can also find some characteristics of the on-board GPS data.According to the imitation computation and analysis, bring forward using the double difference of the observation value and the ionosphere remnant way to detect and repair the cycle slip. The ambiguity problem is settled by four methods in BerneseV5.0 software. The orbit of the CHAMP satellite is determined by the BerneseV5.0 software in the way of reduced dynamic and kinetic. The orbit precision is analyzed as the CHAMP RSO orbit declared by GFZ is true.
