GPS Observation Network System of Crustal Deformation(GONSCD) is a global and territorial one studied since ninties 20 century, it comes down to spatial science, Geo-dynamics, surveying and mapping, geophysics, geology and mechanics, and so on. What is more, it offers important data and technique for studying and predicting natural hazard as earthquake and volcano. With the study of GONSCD and the development of spatial-to-ground observational technology, deeply, it will improve the reliability and objectivity of crustal deformation observation, it is more and more important to applying GONS to the study of geo-dynamics, geophysics and hazard predicting, taking GONS of Shandong (GONSS) for example, GPS data pre-processing and its corresponding issue of GONSCD with two main content: GONSCD of Shandong and GPS data pre-processing. GPS data pre-processing included cycle-slip detection and correction, ambiguity solution and cycled. General speaking, the main contents of the dissertation are as follows: (1)We discussed the GONSCD, including system construction and technique index, and studied the application of GONS, as crustal deformation observation, geodesy, national defence, national product and scientific study, and so on, (2)In the construction of the GPS observation network system, the selection of Benchmark Station plays an important role in the valid of the observation network and the reliability of data processing. The paper researches the principles of the selection to the observation station and the selection standard (still in controversy) and simply introduces the construction case of the observation network of Shandong.(3)the paper researches the GPS data pre-processing method of observation network deeply, including the concept of cycle-slip, and its reason and the common method to the cycle-slip detection presently, and introduces a new way to cycle-slip detection and the corresponding software; discusses the cycled ambiguity method and its valid check; introduces LAMBDA method, mainly. At last, the paper gives the index of the "clean" degree to the cycle-slip and the correct and the ambiguity to the float solution, including: the epochs difference, LC-PC, residual of P2-P1 and that of ambiguity, and discuses the influence of the Ionosphere simply.
