In this Paper, Markov Chains in random environments is defined and some propositions are given; we study the equivalence relation of meet and decompose the space X × {θ}; we study direct convergence and prove the equivalence propositions. The last but not the least,we study ergodic theorem of Markov Chains in random environments by study theroy of classical Markov Chains.
