Nowadays electricity distribution management system is a popfield for power apply system in both here and abroad, It becomepossible to solve electricity distribution management by usingcomputer assistant along with the unceasing development of computertechnology. The electricity power management department must knowthe current parameter for equipment, operation status, user type andreal-time information of electricity quantity. The electricity network ismore and more complicated and the correlation between feed linesbecomes anfractuous with the electricity network alteration. Athree-dimensional feed line has been set on our presences, facing onsuch the complicated topology connection, dense electricity networkand equipment, it requests electricity distribution management seeksmodern technology to satisfy the strong require. That is below suchdemand, the electricity distribution management system basing onGIS system is used broadly in electricity power production.Facing the different application field of GIS, the applicationdomain will be extended and stretched continually along with the inhouse development and perfection. Different application domain hasdifferent request to GIS. It will bring big economic and social benefitpositively when an applied GIS system is constructed and designed.Combine with the current GIS technology, we construct anddesign the GIS application and implement in electricity power system.According to the network configuration and special nature, establishnew model for electricity distribution network database, makecollective layout and designation to the electricity network.Develop a set of GIS system software that facing on the electricitypower production, combining with the production practice of TheThird Oil Extraction Company in Daqing oilfield, it had beensuccessfully used in practical electricity network management.The main research contentAccording to the practical operation and management mode,establish a set of flat roof of operation information monitoring andmanagement system for electricity distribution network. The flat roofneeds combine with space information organization, analyze and showdifferent data of electricity distribution network, then the mapelectricity distribution network information and visualization ofoperation data come true. It requires stable data collection, convection,disposal and communication function. It also ask for actualized datadetection and management system,the manager can master the localestatus in office by the net. The research content as follows:1,The ability to quickly search for space data and complicatedquery;2,GIS collects different data according to geography nature, itmakes the data communion, advance the use rate of data anddepress the cost;3,Assisting analysis and decision-making, it is used to districtsynthesis father, macroscopical layout and assisting analysisdecision-making;4,Become chart automatically, the map factor will change alongwith the content of database。The main research production obtained1,The implement of forming chart automatically for electricitydistribution lineDefine the correction between haulm and haulm when writingdown the line haulms. Because of the complicated relation betweenhaulms, the branch program database technology solves the relationbetween electricity staff and haulm that people can not make sure bythemselves. I t only needs you to define which haulm is the fatherlystaff, then the program will estimate the fatherly staff of each haulmautomatically. Draw the line between two dots, draw the lines oneby one, then the electricity network are finished.2,The method to paint the circuitry chartAccording to the join relation of net component (circuitry,transformer, switch ) and the status of on-off, confirm whether the netcomponent is electrification, then denote with different color on chart.Pigmentation is to restrict the on-off to haulm basing on the eachhaulm status.
