In this paper, we-study discrete nonautonoraous Lotka-Volterra systems with delays of n-species competition and 2-species predator-prey, we obtain the sufficient conditions for the exsitence of positive periodic solutions by applying the contiuation theorem of coincidence degree theory. We also obtain the sufficient conditions for the persistence of n-species competition systems by analysising difference inequalities and these of 2-species predator-prey systems. We study the global asymptotic stability without delays and obtain the sufficient conditions for the global asymptotic stability.
