With the development of aviation and micro-electronics and engineering technology , engineering structures become larger and vibration condition become more complicated. Use conventional dynamics method of structures to design becomes more difficult, structural vibration control becomes an important issue in engineering technology field. The active vibration control to distortion and disturbance of structures gets much attention from engineering field and theory field. In these structures, frequent manipulation and temperature of environment may cause transformation and vibration to structures. Because conventional passive control can't meet the demand of the reliability of structure well, people become to find new method of vibration control. Active vibration control is a new technology in current vibration field and a synthesis of many subjects such as dynamics, control technique, computer science, measuring and testing techniques and materials science. The active vibration control becomes a study hotspot at home and abroad in the field of vibration engineering and primary application in many fields such as aviations, vehicle engineering, civil engineering and mechanical engineering because of its good effect and potential advantage. So carrying on the study of the method of active vibration control will bring significance of theory and practicability.Because of the piezoelectric effect, piezoelectric material can be both a sensor and an actuator. Piezoelectric active control structure can usually be formed by stuck onto the surface of main body or embedded in the structure. Piezoelectric active control structure provokes people's interest of study because of its merit of good efficiency and adaptability.The paper adopts Finite Element Method to study active control of piezoelectric structure. The main investigation contents include Finite Element Method modeling, Finite Element Method analyze, active control method and the simulation and experiment of active control.
