The writer's research aims at F483 commingle producing pilot tract which produces medium-low permeability Putaohua reservoir and extra-low permeability FY reservoir at the Eighth oil plant of Daqing oil field .Based on dynamic producing feature analyze, NMR and multi-phase seepage flow technology, the writer evaluates reservoir physical properties of Putaohua and FY reservoir, researches for single-phase and water-oil two-phase seepage flow law. This research provides a science foundation for developing Putaohua and FY reservoir reasonable.Based on F483 tract development history, petroleum geology and percolation flow theory, this writer uses NMR technology to test and analyze core sample at laboratory, evaluates Putaohua and FY reservoir physical properties and research for movable physical properties of Putaohua and FY reservoir.Porosity and permeability, which decides oil and gas storage capacity and if or not it's easy to be developed, are important parameters for fluid's storage and migration. The writer uses NMR technology to measure core porosity, permeability, saturation, effective flow saturation, capillary irreducible fluid saturation, shale irreducible fluid saturation, pore-size distribution and other important parameters, research for reservoir single-phase and oil-water two-phase seepage flow law, effective drive pressure gradient and movable physical properties condition.This research provides an important reference to develop F483 and other similar tracts reasonable. It is also important on theory to recognize extra-low permeability reservoir and improve oil field sustain development.
