Analysis Of Relationship Between Nationality Distribution And Environmental Character Based On Landscape Ecology In Upper Reaches Of Minjiang River

Over thirty minorities live in Heduan Mountains, such as nationalities of Tibetan, Hui, Yi, Miao, Yao, Bai, Wa, Hani, Lisu, Naxi, Jingpo, Jinuo, Dulong and so on, and some of them can't be found in other areas, e.g. Nu nationality, Qiang nationality, Naxi nationality. Various nationality characteristics and multi-nationality cultures reserve in Heduan Mountains. Each nationality has its own characteristics, while it communicates with other nations, characterized by the form of "mix-living in large-scale, gather-living in small-scale". The abundant nationality cultures are developed along the flow of rivers. This phenomenon is associated with not only the self-nationality characters and culture, but also the special geo-natural environment of Heduan Mountains. The environmental factors such as landform, physiognomy, climate etc make great influences on the place in which each nation lives in and the way in which the people act or communicate with other nationalities.In this paper, the upper reaches of Mingjiang River was chosen as the research area.
