Time synchronization between satellite and the earth is an important part of the navigation and positioning system. In the satellite navigation and positioning as well as distance measuring system, the position coordinates of the users in the space reference frame are obtained by measuring the distance between satellite and users. The distance is obtained from multiplying the radio signal's transmission delay measured by the velocity of light. Therefore,it is fine or not of the time synchronization between satellite and ground system will impact the positioning precision directly. The precision and reliability of the time synchronization between satellite and earth cause a great effect to the positioning precision and performance of the navigation system.This thesis is raised by the 504 research center in Xi'an with the demand that we analyze and demonstrate the scheme about the time synchronization between navigation satellite and the earth synthetically, and analyze the correction models to the errors mentioned above, and do some simulation research on many problems in the time synchronization technology between satellite and the earth. Based on the basic theory of time synchronization between navigation satellite and the earth, this article has expounded the one-way and two-way time synchronization methods that are usually adopted in time synchronization technology between navigation satellite and the earth, analyzed and dealt with the errors and done simulation research. In the end, concrete actualizing schemes about the one-way and two-way time synchronization technology between satellite and the earth have been developed, and simulation research is done particularly on the two-way time synchronization technology. The research fruit and simulation results make great sense to the research in this field inside and outside our country.
