Eastern Inner Mongolia and Western Liaoning are located in the northeast part of China. It has preserved comprehensive deposits of long geological history, yielding abundant fossils. This area is one of the most typical areas in the world, with well-developed continental Mesozoic sediments. Most notable fossils from this area are from the terrestrial Jurassic especially in Jiulongshan Formation of Middle Jurassic and Yixian Formation of Late Jurassic, where abundant insects such as snakeflies, beetles, cockroaches and other insects have been discovered, providing important evidence for the study of the origin and early evolution of insects. The present paper is a taxonomic study of the fossil Blattulidae and Fuziidae from northeast China. 14 species of 10 genera within Blattulidae and Fuziidae are reported, of which 1 species {Habroblattula drepanoides Wang, Liang and Ren, 2007) and 1 genus (Habroblattula Wang, Liang and Ren, 2007) have been published, 13 species, 8 genera and 1 family are new to science. The new genera and new species in this paper are listed as follows:New family: Fuziidae fam.nov.New genera: Macaroblattula gen. nov., Alloblattula gen. nov., Aetheblattula gen. nov., Graciliblattula gen. nov., Fuzia gen. nov., Punctatifuzia gen. nov., Sinuafuzia gen. nov., prolixofuzia gen. nov.New species: Habroblattula eumeura gen. et sp. nov., Elisama hyalina sp. nov., Elisama cuboides sp. nov., Macaroblattula ellipsoides sp. nov., Alloblattula jeholia sp. nov., Aetheblattula dicrus sp. nov., Graciliblattula bellus sp. nov., Graciliblattula grandis sp. nov.,Fuzia dadao sp. nov., Fuzia jingmei sp. nov., Punctatifuzia megistus sp. nov., Sinuafuzia rarus sp. nov., Prolixofuzia eucallus sp. nov.In the present paper, the researching history on Blattulidae is given. Secondly, the important critical characteristics of fossil Blattulidae and Fuziidae are summarized and biology are reviewed. At last the tribes of Blattulidae and Fuziidae is discussed. And the possible reason why many species of Blattulidae are found from the same horizon is discussed.Keys to the tribes of Cupedinae, genera of Priacmini, Cupedini and Mesocupedini, and species of Priacma and Amblomma are given. The important critical characteristics of fossil cupedids are summarized. And the possible reason why many species of Blattulidae are found from the same horizon is discussed.Aetheblattula dicrus sp. nov., Graciliblattula bellus sp. nov., Graciliblattula grandis sp. nov., Fuzia dadao sp. nov., Fuzia jingmei sp. nov., Punctatifuzia megistus sp. nov., Sinuafuzia rarus sp. nov., Prolixofuzia eucallus sp. nov. are collected in Daohugou Village, Ningcheng county, Inner Mongolia from the Middle Jurassic Jiulongshan Formation. Other specimens described here are collected in Chaomidian Village, Beipiao City, Liaoning Province from the Late Jurassic Yixian Formation. The specimens were examined with LEICA MZ12.5 dissecting microscope and illustrated with the aid of a drawing tube attached to microscope. All the type specimens described here are deposited in the College of Life Science, Capital Normal University in Beijing, China.
